THE POSITION: We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse and/or Laser Technician who can effectively complete quality control inspections and laser testing on various devices, perform virtual and onsite training, and provide clinical support and customer service to our client base.

You will have the opportunity to learn and utilize a wide array of devices spanning all manufacturers and models while working with some of the top Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Medical Spas across the world.

Daily involvement includes, but is not limited to managing inbound and outbound quality control inspections, a virtual inspection of incoming assets, performing installation/virtual installation, and training of lasers and medical/aesthetic equipment sold to our clients.

• Before & After Product Utilization/ User Testing 
• Treatment Studio Supplies and Materials Management
• Treatment Studio Safety Management
• Utilizing a CRM System to Manage Client Relationships
• Virtual Inventory Inspections
• Monthly Inventory Quality Control Testing
• Inbound Inventory Quality Control Testing
• Outbound Inventory Quality Control Testing
• Inspection Video Library Management
• Operating & Clinical Manual Library Organization Management
• Operating & Clinical Manual Digital Library Management
• Assist Sales Department in Client Inquires & Demonstrations
• Assist Marketing Department in Advertisements and Campaigns
• Customer Introduction & Clinical Onboarding Emails
• Clinical Training Deck Curation & Library Management
• Virtual Operational Overview Scheduling & Calendar Management
• Virtual Clinical Training Scheduling & Calendar Management
• On-site Clinical Training Scheduling & Calendar Management
• Travel Itinerary Budgeting & Management
• Weekly Social Post
• Professionally Recorded Training Video Library Curation & Management  
• Training Certificate Issuance Management
• Post Training Follow Up
• Event & Trade-Show Attendance

• Develop State & Regulatory Compliance Manual (Local)
• National State by State & Regulatory Operator Requirement Index
• Develop Clinical Performance, Testing, and Treatment SOPs
• Develop Treatment Studio Flow & Organize Materials and Supplies
• Develop Treatment Studio Safety SOPs
• Reorganize Physical Operating & Clinical Manual Library
• Create a Consent Form Database
• Create Quick Reference Guides for Top-Selling Products
• Virtual Inspection SOP, Guides, and Email Template Creation

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• TDLR – LHR & Senior Technician or Professional License
• Licensed Laser Safety Officer in the State of Texas
• Esthetician License
• Medical Aesthetician & Advanced Laser Technician Course Completion
• Registered RN, NP, or Degree in progress preferred
• Minimum 2 years in practice clinical experience, 7 + years preferred
• Primary Education in Human Anatomy
• Proficiency in relevant top-performing medical devices
