Job Description

In this role as the solution product owner and a member of the testing team, you will have the following responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business /application team to define, refine, and prioritize backlog of functional test requirements
2. Incorporate feature requests into product road-map by collaborating with release management
3. Create / maintain user stories and define acceptance criteria
4. Oversee acceptance testing to approve or reject functionality at the end of a sprint
5. Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement, as well as to scrum team
6. Oversee progress of work throughout sprints and act as bridge between stakeholders and scrum team
7. Work with the scrum team to build , maintain and operationalize test suites
8. Collaborate with Product Owners of other scrum teams to prioritize and resolve inter dependencies

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills :

1. Product Owner Certification
2. Minimum 10 years of combined experience of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & STLC (Software Test Life Cycle) with at least 3 years of Agile project experience
3. At least 1 year of Product Owner experience
4. Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and scrum teams
5. Knowledge and experience on Agile techniques: User Stories, Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
6. Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps /Team foundation Server for Agile management

Nice to have skills:

1. Experience in  Functional Test Automation
2. Experience in Utility domain

Additional Information

This is a contract role expected to last through July 2020.  There is some possibility that it can be extended past this date. 

You will be required to be on site to perform this role.
