The Client Account Representative maintains the daily operations of the sales team. This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve sales. The position is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Support programs that drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.

• Assist sales team toward achievement of operational goals.

• Hire and provide training for new and/or less experienced staff.

• Review and evaluate work to ensure quality and timeliness.

• Investigate and research escalated customer service inquiries.

• Ensure employees behaviors are focused on improved customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty.
