    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries to the Technical Service Department, reflecting a positive attitude and strong commitment to great customer relations and customer service.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate with customers via phone, mail, e-mail, and chatbot
    • Maintains daily records of the Customer Contact Log
    • Develops and maintains a solid working knowledge of products, both current and past

    EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
    • Able to communicate with customers to understand their specific product issues
    • Bilingual is a plus
