Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries to the Technical Service Department, reflecting a positive attitude and strong commitment to great customer relations and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via phone, mail, e-mail, and chatbot
- Maintains daily records of the Customer Contact Log
- Develops and maintains a solid working knowledge of products, both current and past
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate with customers to understand their specific product issues
- Bilingual is a plus
