    Job Description

    As the Head of Communication & Customer Experience, you will help shape the future of agriculture by:
    Developing a global customer experience strategy as well as optimization of customer experience programs while being consistent and relevant with our varied customer segments’ needs across the globe to ensure best-in-class customer service.

    Accountabilities

    • Acting as an active member of the Global Vegetable Marketing Leadership Team, as well as providing leadership, feedback, and guidance to a team of customer experience professionals to ensure activities are aligned with the company’s overall vision and mission.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams by being the guardian of the customer segmentations and accordingly securing brand entities and value propositions across the globe.
    • Developing and implementing a comprehensive global communication strategy as well as managing budgets for communication and customer experience strategies in a way that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and market data to continuously improve communication and customer experience programs as well as identifying customer needs and preferences and using this information to develop communication and customer experience strategies.
    • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, analyzing data, and applying this knowledge to enhance communication and customer experience strategies as well as providing regular reports and updates on the performance of communication and customer experience strategies.
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and relevance across all regions.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is typically required.
    • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and executing global customer communication experience and strategy that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.
    • 10+ years of leadership of customer experience and communication professionals.
    • Demonstrated understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies, including customer journey mapping, customer feedback analysis, and customer segmentation.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of global markets and cultural differences to ensure communication and customer experience strategies are relevant and effective across different regions and cultures.
    • Demonstrated financial acumen via managing global budgets and resources to ensure successful implementation and effectiveness of communication and customer experience strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends, customer needs, and production capabilities.
