Responsibilities: Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to generate property sales Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases for clients in order to facilitate smooth and accurate transactions Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales Remain the point of contact between buyer and seller and proactively ensure buyer satisfaction Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients to keep the sales pipeline full • Heart of a teacher • Exudes positivity • Put the clients needs first, always • Hungry, and ready to help others Qualifications: Up to date on real estate trends in the area Be prepared for challenges and confront them with a positive mindset and determination Willing and able to be on the road for large amounts of time Exceptional listening and questioning skills and able to unveil client wants and needs Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Must be Pursuing a Real Estate License or be a Licensed Real Estate Agent • Real Estate experience • Other spoken languages besides English is a PLUS Compensation: $115,000+ Annually
