    We are seeking a CRM Manager that will help developing our organization to quickly transform our business so that we can continue our outperformance in an “old-line” industry.  In this role you will work alongside our functional leaders and support teams to manage a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Initially, you will be responsible for a critically important effort to design, develop and implement a comprehensive CRM platform. This will require working cross-functionally to determine organization needs, partnering with internal and external teams to develop a project plan, managing these teams as they complete the development of a robust CRM and implementing the tailored CRM amongst our sales team.

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in CRM-focused role with fast paced company
    • Self-starter comfortable addressing ambiguous problems and finding creative solutions
    • Track record of success implementing tools/processes and leading continuous improvement processes
    • Demonstrated ability to manage internal/external tech support teams throughout projects
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with proficiency in structuring strategic efforts and developing project plans/roadmaps
    • High emotional intelligence (i.e., EQ), self-awareness and personal accountability
    • Strong oral, active listening, and written communication skills, including presentation building
    • Desire to learn new things and receive/deliver feedback for continuous professional improvement
  • Qualifications

    Minimum

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 - 2 year(s) shipping experience utilizing ERP/MRP system, and UPS/FedEx system(s)
    • Moderate level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRP Systems and database systems
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP’s), ISO regulations, and Quality Systems as it pertains to hardware manufacturing at Medical Device Manufacturers
    • Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes
    • The ability to maintain accurate documentation (e.g., record trace ability information onto routers, and transact materials online)
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to maintaining positive interpersonal relationships and foster cooperation within and outside the department
    • The physical ability to lift and package assemblies up to 60 lbs
    • Ability to hand multiple tasks simultaneously

    Preferred

    • 1+ year(s) shipping experience utilizing ERP/MRP system, and UPS/FedEx system(s)
    • Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP and Complaint Handling databases.
