About the Role:

Artificial Turf Products is looking for a skilled and motivated Synthetic Turf Installer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform residential and commercial spaces with high-quality artificial turf installations. Responsibilities:

Install synthetic turf products for residential, and commercial applications

Prepare and grade sub-base surfaces including sod removal, compaction, and drainage installation

Measure, cut, and seam artificial turf materials with precision and care

Secure turf edges using nails, staples, adhesive, or bender board as required

Apply infill materials such silica sand and other natural infills to finished installations

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment on job sites

Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout each project

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in turf installation, landscaping, hardscaping, or a related trade preferred

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50+ lbs, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a crew

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or landscaping

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
