    Job Description

    Are you ready to be part of a leading global engineering design house specializing in the design and development of state-of-the-art embedded hardware, electronics, and electro-mechanics?

     

    What we’re looking for:

     

    • Radio hardware designer with a few years experience

    • Highly motivated hardware professionals

    • Motivated developer with backgrounds and service mindset to be a consultant

    • Professionals with ability to work both with in-house projects and on-site assignments at our customer’s locations

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    You will work in a cross functional development team in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

    Your role will include all development activities such as requirement analysis, hardware design, simulation, integration, and verification.

     

    What you need to get the job done:

     

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

    • Solid understanding of basic radio communications and wireless systems theory and technology

    • Basic understanding of radio technologies - 2G, 3G, WCDMA, LTE, WiFi, 5G

    • Basic understanding of regulatory standards – ETSI, FCC

    • Basic knowledge and skills within the area of radio hardware design processes, methods, instruments and tools

    • Understanding of board level RF hardware design, RF Matching, optimization and testing

    • Understanding of transceiver RX/TX chains, PLLs, Filters, ADC/DACs, LNA, PA

    • Experience in component selection and characterization

    • Experience in RF measurement techniques, circuit optimization and debugging, basic soldering/re-work skills

    • Knowledge of schematics, layout constraints management and coordinating PCB layout activities

    • Experience with operation of RF test equipment – signal generator, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscope, power supplies

    • Being able to work with multi discipline teams

    • Writing test procedure and test reports
