Syringa Networks, the region's leading fiber optic network provider, is hiring an Intern to assist with supporting projects, deploying web-based technology and, supporting/developing scalable network infrastructure solutions to support the company's efforts related to Fiber to the Home/Curb (FTTH). This position includes assistance in ensuring the overall network infrastructure supports company's corporate vision.    Full time Summer Internship: The internship would include a total of 440 hours over a 11-week period. May lead to continued employment.  A daily work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The intern will report to Sarah Goicoechea in our AI Department. Internship Description: This is an exciting hands-on internship opportunity located at our Boise, ID office.  We are seeking an individual who desires the opportunity to actively assist the software development team in its continued efforts to automate customer service and network monitoring. Potential job tasks include designing, programming, and monitoring a customer service chat bot along with notifications of network outages on various social media platforms.
