This internship offers real world experience in areas such as: Programming Marketing Customer experience Process refinement and implementation Minimum Position Requirements Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems or related field of study Prior programming or coding experience preferred Understand and explain the intricacies and logic behind customer service design for interactive bots using off the shelf bot software and preferably bots in Microsoft's botnet framework Web development skills in WIX UI and UX environments General knowledge of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web design coding languages. Proficient computer skills including, Microsoft Office Suites, Social Media sites, Internet Explorer, Google, and Microsoft Dynamics Work with marketing team on layout and general site design and graphic designers.
