1. Responds to potential or identified OpenText failures and resolves outages, performance, or integrity problems of a highly complex nature based on analysis and experience
2. Provides consultation to senior management on the development and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures, and documented Instructions to ensure standardization, continuity, and effective implementation efforts with Content Management Systems (SharePoint, Enterprise Suite (OpenText, EzeScan)
3. Has the ability to understand goals given in terms of business objectives. Develops technical and operational solutions to problems of unusual complexity, requiring a high degree of ingenuity and innovation and having a broad impact on the business
4. Anticipates internal or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues: recommends process or service improvements.
5. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Develops and applies new concepts and techniques for the assigned area of expertise.
6. Provides consultation to top IT management and is recognized as an expert within the organization.
7. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Articulates approaches and solutions to others
8. Excellent Communication Skills and ability to lead Business Conversations

GOOD-TO-HAVE

1. Flexible work timings (work in Pacific Time Zone)

2. Experience in working in a Onshore-Offshore Model

3. Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).

4. Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.

5. Should have demonstrated innovation and creativity in prior work along with accountability for results of operations and projects
