_Your Impact _
You'll support and enhance mission systems across their lifecycle—ensuring stability, performance, and security in dynamic environments. Day-to-day, that can look like:
Supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems across mission environments
Managing system infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and endpoints
Monitoring system performance and resolving issues across client/server and distributed environments
Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including troubleshooting and escalation of complex issues
Configuring and maintaining UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems
Installing, patching, and upgrading system software to maintain security and performance
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues across integrated systems
Supporting system enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency
Managing system resources and performing capacity planning and optimization
Collaborating with engineering teams to support system integration and architecture needs
Communicating system status, issues, and resolutions to internal stakeholders and leadership
_Qualifications _
All positions require an active TS/SCI with polygraph
Experience supporting and maintaining IT systems in Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, and infrastructure
Experience with system monitoring, patching, and performance optimization
Understanding of networking concepts and system interdependencies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
_Nice to Have _
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, ESXi)
Familiarity with automation or scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt)
Exposure to cloud environments or hybrid infrastructure
Experience supporting mission or high-performance computing environments
