About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and personable Systems Administrator to support our dynamic team be onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Waltham, MA and ensures seamless IT operations across the organization. As our Systems Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for desktop support, systems management, and IT troubleshooting. You’ll manage user accounts, devices, and software tools, while helping onboard new employees and maintain system security and performance. This role reports to the Senior Director of IT and plays a key part in keeping our tech environment running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Provide timely desktop support for all onsite and remote employees
Manage IT tickets, onboarding, hardware/software setup, and account creation
Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and network systems
Maintain backups, inventory, and device lifecycle (upgrades/replacements)
Ensure timely updates, patches, and collaborate on IT projects
Support AV systems and troubleshoot hardware issues
What You Bring:
2–4 years of IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and remote support tools
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (EDR/MDR), scripting (PowerShell), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
A commitment to quality and dependability, with a strong work ethic to deliver excellent service
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience working within medical device or other regulated industry a plus
