Systems Analyst 3 - Oracle & Cloud Data Architecture, DevOps, Healthcare Analytics Austin, Texas (Hybrid) Contract Position

Required:

8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing

8+ years of experience in Oracle Database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) configuration and management.

8+ years of experience applying data architecture principles and best practices.

8+ years of experience writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, procedures, and performance-optimized queries.

8+ years of experience with Oracle Data Guard and high availability/disaster recovery strategies.

8+ years of experience with cloud-native database services and PaaS offerings.

8+ years of experience in database backup, restore, and recovery operations using RMAN.

8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, including cloud storage, cloud security, and application deployment best practices.

8+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.

8+ years of experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare.

8+ years of experience in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines for database changes.

Preferred Skills

8+ years’ experience transforming monolithic, on-premises systems to microservices.

8+ years’ experience with Enterprise Architecture and hybrid cloud deployments.

8+ years’ experience with on-premises-to-cloud migration roadmaps.

8+ years’ experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

8+ years’ experience with IT processes, SDLC, and information management.

3+ years’ experience with integrated eligibility case management systems.
