MCPC – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Onsite at MCPC – Independence, OH

Overview

MCPC is seeking an experienced Azure Systems Administrator to support one of our key clients located in Independence, Ohio. In this contract-to-hire role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the client’s Azure cloud environment. You will partner closely with their internal development, operations, and security teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for the client.

• Monitor cloud performance and implement cost-optimization strategies.

• Maintain and enforce security standards to protect cloud resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance cloud solutions.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues and service disruptions.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of the cloud environment.

• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to client stakeholders and MCPC team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in financial services is a plus.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure architecture.

• Proficiency in ARM templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and identity management.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
