System Implementation Specialist – InEight (Documents & Document Control)
Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking a hands-on System Implementation Specialist to lead the design, configuration, deployment, and adoption of the InEight Documents module to standardize and elevate our document control practices across projects and portfolios. The ideal candidate blends ** InEight platform expertise ** with document control governance , ensuring end-to-end lifecycle control for engineering and construction records—including submittals, RFIs, transmittals, correspondence, drawings, specifications, and turnover documentation.
You will partner with project teams, engineering, construction management, IT, and vendor resources to deliver scalable workflows, robust metadata structures, and reporting that drives compliance, traceability, and productivity
