Job Description

System Pavers is looking for a strong Quality Assurance Lead Engineer who is self-motivated and independent. This position is expected to maintain and evolve a proper QA workflow process.

The most successful candidates must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, thrive on multi-tasking, embrace inner office communication as a tool for success, bring a positive approach to team design efforts, and the ability to execute ideas in a timely manner with attention to detail. COMPENSATION RANGE $60K-$80K (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE) + BENEFITS + REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of software to ensure finished product quality.
• Apply industry best practices and integrate new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Help build out the QA team.
• Develop, Document, and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
