    Job Description

    The Marketing Support Coordinator assists the Marketing team with their customer lead generation efforts. The Marketing Support Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the accuracy and effectiveness of 3rd party, newspaper, and partner programs, keeping all partner sites updated with the most recent information, promotions, etc. They also support the Marketing team with company communications and assist in coordinating and reviewing materials for the monthly newsletter. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Responsible for 3rd Party and Partner Programs
      • Handles monthly budgets by inputting into all 3rd party sites, manages daily spend and leads generated, submits “Bad Leads” for credit
      • Updates profile listings and promotions when necessary
      • Manages 3rd party vendors, i.e. provide updates based on the results we’re seeing, and build an open line of communication.
      • Provides recommendations for future spend based off category performance
      • Submits Invoicing to accounting monthly
    • Radio Advertising
      • Negotiates rates with the various radio stations in all markets
      • Providing spend recommendations by station
      • Monitors daily spend and results by station
      • Submits Invoicing to accounting monthly
    • Direct Mail
      • Communicates monthly budgets to data & print vendor
      • Monitors results & provides report weekly
      • Submits Invoicing to accounting monthly
    • Referral Site Advertising
      • Work with referral site vendors to target individuals using demographic information
      • Provides recommendations for future spend based off category performance
      • Submits Invoicing to accounting monthly
    • Department Support
      • Coordinates yearly Best Of/Awards applications
      • Coordinates Photography sessions with homeowners
      • Additional various tasks as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work cross-functionally.
    • Must be a logical thinker with great attention to detail.
    • Comfortable with Excel (formatting and formulas).
    • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.
    • Verbal Communication—speaks clearly, possesses ability to engage others; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; actively participates in meetings.
    • Written communication- ability to communicate ideas through written communication with urgency and diplomacy.
    • Ability to think innovatively and improvise, and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
