    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position is a go-getter role with the core responsibilities of identifying, pursuing and winning new business opportunities for the company. This role requires a “do whatever it takes” attitude to win new businesses. Outstanding sales experience, finely honed customer service skills and a passion for selling technology talent.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Solid desire and ability in bringing new clients/business for the company by selling staffing solutions / services.
    • Using all traditional forms of communication avenues to connect with new clients including – email communication, phone communication, social media and professional networking.
    • Get as creative and inventive to find and win new business
    • Navigate company structures to get past gatekeepers and influence decision-makers
    • Acquire new business by effectively communicating our value proposition
    • Field incoming inquiries and follow-up on marketing-driven leads
    • Manage a consistent pipeline of business opportunities
    • Participate and actively share in internal sales meetings
    • Penchant in writing new business proposals
    • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
    • Be able to develop and negotiate contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
    • Provide a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships
    • Passionately build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Collecting active feedback from clients and collaborating with Management for improvement
    • Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in IT consulting services
    • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as function within a team
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
    • Out of the box thinking in terms of sourcing and onboarding new clients
    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations)
    • Possess effective negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must be detail oriented and an active listener
    • Willingness to travel as needed
