    Job Description

    Symmetry IT is seeking a dedicated and skilled System Support Analyst to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to provide onsite support for our clients across Orlando, Jacksonville, Daytona, and Sarasota. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our remote help desk team, assisting end users with their IT needs while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide remote support to end users by managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents via phone and email.
    • Troubleshoot Windows computers, printers, and scanners, ensuring proper configuration and performance.
    • Assist with diagnosing and repairing hardware, software, and basic networking issues across a range of environments.
    • Perform onsite visits to client locations in the Orlando, Jacksonville, Daytona, and Sarasota areas as needed.
    • Collaborate with the help desk and field service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions to support consistent client service and internal knowledge sharing.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows computers, peripherals, and network connectivity issues.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
    • Basic understanding of Meraki and UniFi networking environments.
    • Familiarity with security tools and endpoint protection solutions.
    • Reliable transportation for onsite client support, particularly in the Jacksonville area.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
    • Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is highly preferred.

    Additional Information

    • Schedule : Monday–Friday, normal business hours EST. On Call Afterhours.

    • Compensation : Based on experience and availability
