Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist/Project Assistant to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients and help with the overall project management. You will be essential to bridge the gap between the clients and the development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance with our custom software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, email, training manuals etc..
- Track customer issues and resolutions. Communicate with the development team
- Design/present wireframes/flowcharts on additional features
- Testing and reviewing updates and features
- Resolving database issues and then creating tickets for the development team to create a solution for the end user.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields would be helpful
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Organized
- Strong Communication Skills
- The Ability to Work Well with Frustrated People
- The Ability to Acclimate/Adapt Well and Quickly
HELPFUL SKILLSETS (TRAINABLE BUT NICE TO HAVE ALREADY):
- Database knowledge.
- SQL query experience
The Hourly rate would start at $18-$20 an hour and would increase when major milestones in the company were accomplished. We are looking for people to grow with us so how we all perform will directly affect the promotion and pay raise.
