    Systems Administrator (Mandarin Speaking)

    IT Systems Administrator responsible for supporting, maintaining,
    and optimizing the company’s full IT operations. This role serves as the primary on-site IT resource and is responsible for providing system reliability, network security, and end-user support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, technically strong, and capable of independently managing IT operations, escalation, and infrastructure support.

    Essential Duties
    Technical Support & End-User Services

    • Provide direct IT support for local employees in a fast-paced environment
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues or escalate as needed
    • Support Microsoft Office applications, Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, domain file systems, and collaboration tools
    • Assist with setup and support of video conferencing systems for domestic and international meetings
    • Maintain strong communication with end users and management regarding issue status and resolution

    Systems Administration (Servers & Applications)

    • Install, configure, maintain, and support physical and virtual servers and related infrastructure
    • Support Microsoft Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies
    • Administer email systems and support Outlook client configuration and troubleshooting
    • Support enterprise applications including OEM Teamcenter and other internal systems
    • Maintain Windows server environments and virtualized infrastructure (VMware or equivalent)
    • Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and performance maintenance

    Network Infrastructure & Security

    • Support and maintain LAN/WAN environments, including switches, routers, and network devices
    • Configure and support TCP/IP services including DNS, DHCP, and SMTP
    • Manage firewall administration and overall IT security controls
    • Support VPN and remote access connectivity
    • Assist with planning and implementation of network improvements and upgrades

    IT Asset & Vendor Management

    • Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware, software, printers, and licenses
    • Assist HR with IT onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup and access provisioning)
    • Work with Finance to obtain quotes, process purchase requests, and track IT procurement
    • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service support

    Infrastructure, Projects & Support

    • Participate in IT infrastructure projects including system installations, upgrades, and network expansions
    • Support international and multi-site connectivity and system coordination as needed
    • Assist with structured cabling, hardware deployment, and system rollouts
    • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes
    • Support backup systems, disaster recovery processes, and system continuity planning

    Other Duties

    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or related field preferred
    • 3–5+ years of IT systems administration or advanced IT support experience
    • Strong experience with Windows desktop and server environments (Windows Server, Windows 10/11)
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365 preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN)
    • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware preferred)
    • Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Teamcenter, or similar manufacturing systems preferred)
    • Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments strongly preferred

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Ability to work overtime or respond to urgent issues as needed
    • Ability to attend early morning or evening international meetings if required
    • Travel: Less than 10%
