We are looking for a Systems / VMware Administrator to provide hands-on infrastructure support at our Skokie location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with VMware ESXi, Veeam, physical storage, Windows servers, and domain/file-share permissions. This role will primarily focus on infrastructure administration, server upgrades, patching, storage and backup support, and assisting with application upgrades.

Normal business hours with 24x7 availability for Sev 1 issues

Responsibilities

Perform ESXi upgrades and OS patching

Clean up decommissioned server VMs

Troubleshoot ESXi storage and Veeam backup issues

Upgrade Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2022/2025

Assist with application upgrades and support

Support storage upgrades, replacements, and end-of-life migrations

Work independently with minimal supervision on assigned infrastructure projects
