    Scope/Description of Services

    Provide the following services:

    Perform Systems Analyst work in support of IT projects and production maintenance support of other TWC business systems. TWC currently uses PeopleSoft HRM v9.2 as its HR system. TWC uses the following modules: HR, Base Benefits, Recruit, Training, and Payroll. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers. TWC is requesting an experienced PeopleSoft HCM consultant who can conduct fit/gap sessions, determine where system modifications are required, and document any change request following TWC’s current lifecycle process. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations

    Note: Start Date: May 2025 End Date: 08/31/2025. May be extended up to four years.

    Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must have a secure, dedicated workspace with Internet service, ability to maintain a reliable consistent work schedule, and be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours. Position may require team members to come into the office; there may be unscheduled requests with seventy-two (72) hour notice for any TWC business need.
