Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives. This role involves understanding business objectives, analyzing requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and identify system solutions

Perform cost/benefit analysis of alternatives

Work with stakeholders to understand operational procedures and data needs

Document detailed functional and technical requirements

Evaluate system capabilities and feasibility of enhancements

Support enterprise data governance and master data initiatives

Qualifications

10+ years with Informatica tools: PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360

10+ years implementing Master Data and Reference Data solutions (Informatica MDM preferred)

10+ years implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years working with large-scale data in Snowflake

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in healthcare or public health environments

Prior experience with state agencies

Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integration

Additional Information

Candidates must currently reside in the Austin, TX area

Candidates relocating from out of state will not be considered

Prior state/government project experience is highly preferred
