Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.

5+ years of experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.

Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET

Strong SQL and relational database expertise.

Experience developing enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.

Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise financial applications.

Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with software development standards and SDLC best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.

Provide technical leadership, support QA activities, and drive continuous process improvement.

Document business processes and support business transformation initiatives.
