About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to support SharePoint, Tridion Sites, and enterprise-level content management systems. The focus is on gathering requirements, managing CMS content, training publishing teams, and documenting technical processes in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Projects:

Learn the system (Tridion Sites), it’s a CMS, focusing on development and documentation, and work with a publishing team as needed. Learning to add needed items to the new app.

Partnering with the SCRUM team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements

Configure and maintain CMS platforms like SharePoint or Tridion

Develop and maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and training materials

Conduct training sessions for publishing teams on document management best practices

Collaborate daily with developers and publishing teams during Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, etc.)

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for CMS-related solutions

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst with strong documentation skills

Expertise in CMS or SharePoint management (5+ years)

Proven experience in technical writing & documentation (5+ years)

Background in training end-users or publishing teams (5+ years)

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and process thinking

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Tridion Sites CMS
