We are looking for a Systems Business Analyst (VisitPay/Entri) to join a prominent  healthcare system on a 3-year contract in a fully remote role.

This position, part of the Revenue Cycle Services Solutions Development team, will be responsible for configuration and support for the EntryPay billing system. As a Systems Business Analyst (VisitPay/Entri), you will serve as a liaison between the revenue cycle team and other business units, while troubleshooting and supporting EntryPay and other related products.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain assigned services and systems including EntryPay.
• Monitor the troubleshooting queue and resolve issues.
• Utilizes basic SQL queries to identify issues in the data tables needing resolution.
• Analyze problems and identify solutions/changes as necessary.
• Demonstrate diagnostic skills and expertise to assist with problem determination and solutions for the EntryPay billing system.
• Collaborate with customers, application vendors, and other IS resources to secure necessary changes.
• Execute assigned project tasks.
• Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to the maintenance of application/technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role as a Systems Business Analyst is required.
• 1+ years of experience working with a revenue cycle professional billing system is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Configuration experience in a billing system such as EntryPay is preferred.
