Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team! As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include executing initiatives and deploying and debugging systems. You will interface with IT professionals, other teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues. Your goal is to ensure our cloud infrastructure meets the needs of our customers and our organization.

Responsibilities

Managing and administering internal and external DNS services and devices

Administering AD domains, organizational units, servers, shared files and folders, user accounts, etc.

Performing appropriate server operating system data backup and recovery actions to protect critical system data

Ensure data safety and security per the company’s policies and best practices are in place

Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities

Performing all Active Directory, ID set-up, management, and changes.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to collaborate well as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Certifications in Microsoft are preferred

Relevant Cloud Engineer training and/or certifications
