YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 years

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelors Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is required.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Create an end-to-end management perspective to ensure proper compliance and oversight of GI Bill programs, and the use of data and business intelligence to monitor and measure school and student outcomes.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: A Developer must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design build and test web-based applications and edit site content for various components using content management system (CMS).
• Create and manage web pages, add/edit content and upload/remove documents using CMS.
• Maintain website standards and comply with predefined design guidelines.
• Utilize best practices in web screen design and learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Review and integrate technical and application architecture requirements.
• Spring framework concepts, Spring boot
• REST, SOAP web services
• Authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth)
• multi-threading (concurrency)
• JMS, Schedulers, workflow engines
• Git, maven, CI/CD
• hibernate, Oracle and Postgres databases
• JMeter, unit, functional testing.
• Agile development experience
• Docker, orchestration using Kubernetes
• AWS Cloud, Apache Kafka
• Logging aggregators like (EFK or ELK)
• Splunk, SonarQube, JMeter.
• Data transformation across systems
• BS and Java

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in Fortify, SCA tools and DAST
• SAFe development experience a plus
• Experience with JBPM
• .NET, ASP, SharePoint, Tuxedo, C++ is a plus
• Experience with Angular, React and JasperReports is a plus.
