We are seeking a Systems Implementation Analyst to join a Randstad client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and migration of a new SaaS-based reservation system. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology to replace a legacy system, with a specific focus on the passenger rail and broader travel industries. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth transition, leveraging your expertise in system migration and your understanding of travel industry reservation platforms to drive the project to a successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a new SaaS-based reservation solution.

• Manage the end-to-end migration of legacy reservation systems to the new platform.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation and migration phases.

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all implementation processes and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SaaS solution implementation.

• Strong knowledge of travel industry reservation systems.

• Demonstrated experience in migrating legacy reservation systems to a new platform.

• Preferred experience with passenger rail systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
