    High Fidelity Brands is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and four dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

    High Fidelity Brands is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Systems Support Specialist.

    This role combines clerical, technical, and administrative skills to support daily operations across departments – ensuring systems and processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent written/verbal communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • **Data Entry & Maintenance ** * Perform daily data entry tasks across multiple departments
      • Approximately 2–3 hours/day
        • Maintain accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems
        • Collaborate with teams to collect and input critical/prioritized data
        • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate records
    • Systems Support
      • Conduct daily reviews and audits of operational systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data entry and input
    • Hardware/Ticket Support
      • Manage IT equipment and peripherals

        • Receipt Printers
        • Label Printers
        • Scanners
        • Keyboards/Mice/Cables
        • Etc.
      • Manage ticketing system with prompt response, quick turnaround, and excellent written/verbal communication

      • Collaborate with the Systems Director or Network Administrator for escalated issues

      • Ensure discounts/coupons are proactively programmed accurately in all applicable systems

      • Manage product creation and product updates in the catalog, e-commerce, and POS solution

      • Conduct daily checks on e-commerce platforms for errors, updates, and performance issues

      • Provide general assistance with administrative tasks in software and systems

      • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data consistency and system functionality

      • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues at various locations

        • Diagnose common problems
        • Reset hardware
        • Device configuration
        • Device setup

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
    • Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting in a retail environment
      • PC, laptops, printers, scanners, modems, routers, phones, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
    • Excellent communications skills and a customer-service mindset
    • Experience with inventory and supply chain management tools, particularly in a retail or cannabis environment
    • Knowledge of cannabis industry compliance standards and regulations is preferred
    • Competence in diagnosing system issues or process bottlenecks and repairing or suggesting actionable improvements
