Job Description
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee, evaluate technologies, and maintain the company's IT, including its infrastructure (including servers, networks, storage, and communication systems), ensuring optimal performance and availability
Security Operations:
- Monitor networks, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments for security threats and anomalies
- Respond to security incidents following defined procedures and assist in remediation efforts
- Operate and maintain security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and other tools
- Escalate critical security issues to management and headquarters when necessary
System Maintenance & User Support:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and system access control
- Support internal IT platforms (WMS, CIC, EDMS, Groupware) and resolve system-related issues
- Perform user management, role assignment, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain stable operation of servers and infrastructure through regular monitoring and updates
Communication & Coordination with HQ:
- Act as the main contact point for system issues and service requests
- Log and analyze incidents, and coordinate issue resolution with headquarters IT teams
- Prepare reports and share findings with HQ to align on improvement plans and policies
