Job Description
Security Operations Support:
- Operate and support WMS, EDMS, and CRM systems
- Manage user accounts and access rights
- Test system changes and assist in preparing user manuals
- Perform first-level issue analysis and escalate to HQ when necessary
Security and Account Management:
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and access control
- Monitor security events/logs and escalate anomalies as needed
- Support MFA, group policy, and password resets
New System Implementation & Improvement:
- Collaborate with business departments to collect and organize requirements
- Work with the team lead to determine appropriate system solutions
- Support user training, testing, and manual preparation for new system rollouts
HQ Coordination:
- Communicate system issues and improvement requests to HQ IT team
- Share updates and coordinate maintenance and support schedules with HQ
