POSITION: Security Personnel
LOCATION: Fruitvale Station in Oakland, CA
POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs and maintains location’s security and protection by following policies and procedures as instructed by Property Manager.
We are currently looking for part-time Security Personnel to fill the following schedules:
Monday: 2pm-10pm
Tuesday: 2pm-10pm
Wednesday: 2pm-10pm
Thursday: 8am-4pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
One to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Guard Card Certification is required.
Ability to complete a Daily Activity Report
Ability to speak to customers, tenants, and employees of the organization in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Bilingual a plus, Spanish preferred.
Must have a valid California Drivers License.
