POSITION: Senior Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst position reports to the Vice President of Analysis and has primary responsibility for various areas of financial and statistical analysis including but not limited to operations, budgeting, payroll, demographics and corporate transactions for all lines of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and evaluate operational practices across all businesses related to payroll, staffing, pricing and other measurable factors and provide recommendations based upon analysis
Review financial reports and recommend potential improvements.
Analyze and evaluate various corporate initiatives, making recommendations based on that analysis.
Conduct analysis of comparable business units in support of corporate objectives.
Market research and analysis
Monitoring of competitive landscape
Financial modeling of strategic initiatives
Analytical presentations to the executive committee in an interactive environment
Managing projects with multiple partners within the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in mathematics, statistics or economics
2 years financial or business analysis experience preferred
Strong financial modeling, analytical and research skills
Highly organized and a self-starter
Advanced skills in Excel and proficient in other Microsoft programs
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Attention to detail
Ability to work with all levels of management
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage projects with inputs from multiple partners in the company
