  • Responsibilities

    The ONSITE Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with departments to create accurate job descriptions and criteria.

    Responsibilities include screening applications, conducting interviews, and supporting the offer process. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, participates in recruiting events and leads co-op/internship programs. Works with HR for teammate support, projects, and engagement activities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2 years' recruitment experience, managing all phases of the hiring process.

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
    • 3+ years in technical recruitment.
    • PHR/SHRM-CP certification.
