    Continuous Improvement Leader

    The Continuous Improvement Leader will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. You will be a catalyst for positive change, leveraging expertise in lean principles and analytical abilities to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and elevate quality standards. This is a hands-on role where your passion for manufacturing will shine through as you collaborate with diverse teams to cultivate a culture of excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Facilitate Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities using data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and value stream mapping.
      • Design and implement lean initiatives based on TPS principles, including kaizen events, and 5S.
      • Coach and mentor production teams on lean tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
    • Enhance Quality and Process Control:
      • Develop and implement robust Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to monitor and improve product quality.
      • Analyze process data to identify and eliminate variation, ensuring consistent and predictable outputs.
      • Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Create a Visual Factory:
      • Design and implement visual management systems to track performance metrics, facilitate communication, and empower team ownership.
      • Utilize visual aids and data dashboards to drive real-time decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Champion Change Management:
      • Drive cultural transformation by building buy-in and overcoming resistance to change initiatives.
      • Celebrate successes and measure the impact of improvement efforts to sustain momentum.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles.
    • Proven expertise in Toyota Production Systems (TPS) or other similar lean methodologies
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and data analysis tools.
    • Experience in creating and implementing visual management systems within a manufacturing setting.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
    • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
