Quality Engineer

SCOPE

The Quality Engineer will prioritize customer satisfaction and be responsible for implementing and maintaining stringent quality control procedures to ensure that products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, the Quality Engineer will work diligently to optimize processes and standards, delivering superior quality and value to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the customer's specifications and creates internal specifications
• Develop the physical references of the customer quality standards
• Implements inspections and tests for the products
• Control the inventories and disposition of non-conforming products returned by the customer.
• Coordinate with production and participate in the selection, training and development of employees of the quality area
• Analyze production defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintains safety and organization standards.
• Determine quality improvement factors.
• Implement methods to evaluate manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Participate in product and mold design reviews

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
• Highly analytical, excellent communicator
• Knowledge of statistics and Quality tools
