    Mechanical Project Engineer 

    SCOPE: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering projects, as well as leading and supporting capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and compliant project execution.
    • Lead and support CAPEX projects by developing project proposals, evaluating equipment specifications, and managing project budgets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    • Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that all designs and installations comply with regulatory and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in project engineering, with a focus on mechanical engineering and CAPEX projects.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong technical skills in mechanical engineering, including equipment design and installation.
    • Experience in managing budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
