POSITION: Production Supervisor

SCOPE: We are seeking an experienced production supervisor with a background in stamping or tooling operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage production operations, including stamping and/or industrial processes.
• Ensure that production goals and schedules are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all workers comply with safety procedures.
• Train and develop production workers to maximize their skills and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Monitor and control production costs, including materials and labor.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and resolve inter-departmental issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Ensure that production equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a production supervisory role within the automotive industry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
