    Job Description

    The Merchant Processing Outside Sales Associate will work closely with other sales team leaders in a highly collaborative team environment to actively sell Merchant Services solutions by phone and in person to new and existing clients and prospects. They will Initiate contact with Merchants regarding our extensive merchant offering. Gather merchant statements, present proposals, close and set up new accounts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Find and reach out to local Small-Midsize businesses (Cold calling expected)
    • Educate business owners on who we are, what we do, and WHY we want to help them out
    • Offer the solution that will be most efficient for that particular business owner from our robust lineup of credit card processing solutions
    • Obtain signed application and submit for review
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback
    • Complete follow-ups as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Incentive-driven and sales motivated

    • Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields

    • Ability to build rapport with clients

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Be strong and assertive with the ability to overcome objections

    • Goal Oriented

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field
    • Professional demeanor and attitude and collaborative working style
    • 3+ years of experience in sales
    • Experience working with CRM
    • Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer use competency
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
    • Team player
    • Able to work independently

    COMPENSATION QUOTA: $100,000.
