We are a Tampa Bay Start-UP when I say we’re a start-up, I mean you’ll be working side-by-side with me; TJ Fatinikun, Founder of T-Fat’s AutoSpa. Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer. Yes, I’m writing this job description! Since I launched T-Fat’s in 2017, I’ve been fortunate to learn, to love, and to grow with people of different walks of life, and we are now building our team! – Will you take a seat at the table and join me on this marathon? Responsibilities:
● Detailer will perform an array of tasks. Perform detailed hand wash, through mobile service and in shop detailing using various company solutions, may also wax and buff vehicles using microfiber cloths or buffing machine.
● Ablity to respond to inquires, quote customers with company pricing.
● Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning to company standard. Vacuum interior, remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and also apply surface protection. Detailed exterior hand wash, wheels, tires, paint, glass and proper drying.
● Ability to distinguish imperfections in your work, such as streaks on windows, smudges on painted surface, missed areas of vacuuming.
● Having the ablitiy to communicate with clients and team members
● Great written & oral communication is required.
● Knowledge of paint protection methods & techniques. Ceramic coating application, paint sealants & paint protection film
● Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
Requirements:
● Ability to detail and pay attention to the details, a strong eye and quick thinking.
● Ability to withstand the physical demand of this position that requires frequent moving and temperature changes. Bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting in and out of various vehicles.
● Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work within the team including the public.
● Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
● Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
● Clean driving record is imperative.
● High School Diploma.
● Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, 2 year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history, and ability to be insured.
