Founded by the husband and wife team of Amin and Elena Toufani, T Labs is a Silicon Valley based launchpad for innovative ideas and creative people. We are a diverse team working toward applying the power of exponentially growing technologies to help solve humanity's biggest problems. At any point in time you will find us working on multiple projects in parallel.

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to build and manage a web and mobile SMS (Survey Management System) + LMS (Learning Management System) software. This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in all aspects of the product development process from idea honing to go-to-market and retention

• Define the software strategy and product roadmap for both mobile-first and web-based platform (B2C and B2B) and see them through to completion

• Help drive market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, product requirements definition, user experience management, and customer adoption

• Screen, select and work with engineers/developers/designers/contractors to communicate requirements and implement software features, ensuring the product is released according to agreed specifications and on time

• Work closely with stakeholders from sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver enterprise-class product, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of product management experience in a tech company

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales and Marketing

• Track record of quickly delivering high-quality user experiences

• Track record of delivering both web-based and mobile-first experiences

• Excellent adaptability and deep appreciation for startup agile innovation

• Intellectually rigorous and creative problem-solving ability

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Great written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to communicate vision effectively with the team, partners and customers

• Strongly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast pace and demanding environment

• Computer Science, engineering, or similar degree

• Knowledge of the agile development software process

• Startup experience is highly desirable
