Field Loss Prevention Manager
GP Mobile is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer currently operating over 560 stores locations in 26 states. GP Mobile is seeking a passionate and proven loss prevention leader who is ready to inspire and motivate teams by making connections, leading through influence, and winning with integrity.
The Field Loss Prevention Manager’s (FLPM) purpose is to protect the company’s assets - employees, customers, money, and merchandise. The FLPM will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and concluding investigations. In addition, completing market visits, participating in conference calls and meetings, trainings, as well as be accountable for implementing key initiatives and strategies
What You Will Do:
Provide, maintain, and validate safety and loss prevention education and awareness training for multiple levels of management.
Conduct market visits to provide safety training and evaluate physical security standards
Identify/develop/effectively conclude investigations that are identified on a geographic basis or assigned on another basis.
Assist store operations with investigation of inventory shortages, minimizing controllable losses.
Consult business partners on various aspects of loss prevention and physical security standards.
Collaborate with cross functional groups to ensure process compliance with all loss prevention program standards to achieve maximum results.
Partner with Director’s of Sales and District Managers to contribute and communicate loss prevention and safety strategies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between GP Mobile and government agencies, i.e. law enforcement and court proceedings.
Also responsible for other duties / projects assigned as needed.
What You Will Need:
3-5 Years: Multi unit retail loss prevention experience &/or retail fraud investigation and reporting
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or additional experience in loss prevention or asset protection
Confidentiality: proven ability to maintain confidential information.
Technology: knowledge of computers with the ability to learn T-Mobile proprietary applications utilized to perform duties.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
Wicklander - Zulawski certification preferred
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred
Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) designation preferred
The position will be based in the Northeast with travel up to 50% locally and overnight.
