Job Description

GP Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer is looking for a responsible, experienced Facilities/Construction Specialist that will provide support to the Facilities and Construction teams.  The specialist will assist with all aspects of GP Mobile facilities and construction to ensure each of our stores are operating at an optimal level at all times. What you will Do:

• Directs and oversee maintenance work orders.
• Works directly with external vendors and contractors to assist with ongoing maintenance remodeling and store development.
• Responsible for coordinating store repairs and providing documentation for vendor costs and payments.
• Supports all aspects of audit checkpoints and brand compliance to ensure stores are meeting T-Mobile standards.
• Provides documentation and reporting for Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) payments with landlords.
• Reviews, orders and follow up on store maintenance tickets on our internal web tool.
• Reviews and validates all work order invoices to ensure accurate billing.

What you will Need:

• Microsoft office skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong at building partnerships and relationships internally and with vendors
• Partners with team to deliver consistent, timely and high-end quality support
• Great attention to detail
• College degree preferred/High school Diploma required
• 1-3 years of facilities and/or project management experience preferred
