The jobs:

Customer support associates are hired to  support customers and educate them on programs they are entitled to. You must enjoy working with people one to one. You must be able to explain simple programs and input information. 

Community event work is fun and rewarding. Our representatives work hand and hand with the community. We are hired to promote benefit programs to the people most in need. You will be working directly with the community as an educator and facilitator of these programs. This role requires a one day certification process. It's free and simple.
