Responsibilities: • Make a large volume of outbound calls to customers who have requested information about our services • Identify common customer issues and offer solutions • Present the value of our service, including the features and benefits to each customers • Refer to script, along with other tools and resources provided when working through difficult customer situation, and refer to trainer, when necessary • Make sure each customer's issues are addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Regularly meet with team to enhance perform skills • Build, maintain and manage account to ensure long lasting customer relationships Qualifications: Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Must have a positive mindset and be able to follow directions Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
