    Job Description

    T-Rex is seeking a Training Coordinator to support adoption of technologies at military treatment facilities and installations around the world. The candidate will work closely with senior T-Rex Technical Leads, a team of training and communications specialist, DHMS leaders/staff and DHMS vendors to plan and execute the rollout of training and adoption activities.   

    The PEO Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) is transforming the delivery of health care and advance data sharing through a modernized electronic health record for service members, veterans and their families. The Workforce 3.0 program within DHMS is a managed solution that leverages innovative new processes, methods, and best-in-class methodologies from the private sector to enable the entire PEO DHMS workforce to deliver world-class technology. The DHMS systems provide important health IT capabilities to 9.6 million active military, their families, and their beneficiaries. This program supports management of technical deployments, field deployments, and technology training/adoption. Lets talk about how you can help make a difference!

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • TRAINING COORDINATION 
      • Improve data reporting methodology for future waves 
      • Assist with content delivery management (CRMs, trackers, back and forth communication) for Deployment Training 
      • Provide training oversight during key MTF events (MSR and training kickoffs, Manual Enrollment, start of Super User Training, Command Center). One traveler for no more than 20 days per Wave. 
      • Participate in Reserve Component training coordination meetings, facilitate training related communications, and provide support for training completion reports 
      • Coordinate with sites and other vendors on training throughout the deployment process 
      • Virtually support issues tracking and resolution (e.g., remedy tickets related to training) during Go-Live 
      • Assist the Government Site Training Coordinators (TCs) and Training/Roles Managers (TRMs) with oversight, monitoring, and tracking end user training status and user evaluation reports 
      • Assist Government staff to provide overarching oversight and support for all training, training schedule requirements, and provide effective implementation processes for documenting training status and periodicity for follow-on training 
      • Provide supplemental training to Government Site TCs and TRMs on initial manual enrollment process and post enrollment change process 
      • Provide support and coordinate Government Site TC's, TRMs, and User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) at 50%, 75%, 100% user role assignment and review training mapping 
      • Monitor deployment training hand-off to sustainment training 
      • Monitor sustainment training progress from the vendor to DHA (e.g. FLA to train DHA master/regional

       

    • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT 
      • Evaluates internal processes and identifies opportunities for improvements 
      • Undertakes unique organization challenges as they emerge 
      • Gathers key performance indicator data for functions being reviewed; evaluates current state, and proposes future state goals and objectives

     

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 5+ years of professional experience as a Content Manager, Training Coordinator, Training/Roles Manager or other relevant role  
    • Experience designing, developing, managing, monitoring, and executing training for technology in concert with complex set of stakeholders and according to customer requirements  
    • Experience developing, tracking, and reporting customer success metrics/defects  
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team  
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      

    DESIRED SKILLS: 

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or another similar discipline 
    • Medical billing knowledge 
    • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement
